Clothing Changes When a Real Person Wears It

HOME GARMENT LLC sells homewear, loungewear, sleepwear, and related apparel.
Clothing is different from a fixed object: the same garment can look and fit differently depending on body proportions, chosen size, fabric behavior, lighting, washing, and personal fit preference.
Fit and Size
Size labels are useful references, but they cannot guarantee identical fit for every person.
Where measurements or a size guide are provided, customers should review them before ordering.
Two people who normally wear the same labeled size may experience a garment differently.
Color
We make reasonable efforts to represent product colors accurately.
Actual appearance may vary slightly because of:
- Screen settings;
- Device displays;
- Photography lighting;
- Indoor lighting;
- Fabric texture;
- Production batches.
A minor screen-to-product color difference does not automatically indicate a defect.
Fabric Behavior
Depending on material and construction, clothing may naturally:
- Wrinkle;
- Stretch slightly;
- Relax during wear;
- Change texture after washing;
- Experience reasonable shrinkage where appropriate to the material;
- Develop normal signs of use over time.
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the applicable garment.
Washing and Care
Improper washing, excessive heat, unsuitable bleach, harsh chemicals, or drying contrary to care instructions may damage clothing.
Damage caused after delivery through improper care is different from a manufacturing defect.
Sleepwear and Loungewear
Unless a particular product expressly states otherwise, our garments should not be assumed to provide specialized:
- Flame resistance;
- Protective performance;
- Medical benefits;
- Compression therapy;
- Occupational protection.
Products should be used according to their intended purpose and applicable labeling.
Product Photography
Models, props, furniture, bedding, accessories, and decorative objects shown in lifestyle photography are not included unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Original HOME GARMENT LLC branding, written material, photography, graphics, and other proprietary store content may not be commercially reproduced or used to impersonate our business without authorization.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
