The Agreement Behind an Order

These Terms govern purchases from and use of the online store operated by HOME GARMENT LLC.
Our Store
Our business focuses on clothing intended for comfortable time at home, including homewear, loungewear, sleepwear, and related apparel and accessories.
Product Information
Before purchasing, customers should review the information available for the applicable garment, including where provided:
- Size;
- Measurements;
- Fabric composition;
- Color;
- Design;
- Care instructions;
- Included pieces.
Orders
Submitting an order represents a request to purchase the selected merchandise.
We may reasonably hold or cancel an order before shipment because of circumstances such as:
- Failed payment authorization;
- Suspected unauthorized payment;
- Inventory error;
- Invalid delivery address;
- Obvious pricing error;
- Technical malfunction;
- Delivery restriction.
Where we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Our Fulfillment Schedule
Business hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
Weekends: Closed
Order cut-off: 5:00 PM CT
Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping: 3–7 business days
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Pricing
Prices may change over time.
A later promotional price does not automatically change the price of an order already completed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.
Garment Use and Care
Customers are responsible for following applicable care instructions.
Normal wear, incorrect washing, accidental damage, modification, and manufacturing defects are evaluated differently when considering a return or product issue.
Returns
Our separate Return & Refund Policy controls return eligibility, return shipping, and refunds.
Prohibited Use
Our website must not be used to:
- Commit fraud;
- Interfere with store operation;
- Introduce malicious software;
- Misuse another person's payment information;
- Infringe intellectual-property rights.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Missouri and the United States.
Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
